Marketing for your small business, all in one plan

A website, Google, ads and social media, each with a different provider and none of them talking. We run the pieces you need as one plan, in the right order.

Four providers, four invoices, and no one counting customers

This is how marketing tends to look in a small business that's grown bit by bit.
  • The website person, the SEO person and the ads person have never met.
  • Your ads send people to pages that don't mention the offer.
  • Each provider sends a report, and none says how many customers came in.
  • You end up coordinating all of it yourself, at night.

What changes when one pair of hands runs it all

How we get there

One plan sets what to do first, what can wait and why, from your numbers. The website is built for the searches the SEO is after, the ads land on pages made for them and your profiles match your Google listing.

You deal with the same two people for every piece, and get one count of enquiries from every channel, in accounts in your name.

  • One plan, in order

What to do first, what can wait and why, based on your numbers.

  • The same two people for everything

You talk directly to both partners, whether it's about the website, SEO, ads or social.

  • One view of results

Enquiries from every channel tracked together.

GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta in your name

How the plan works, piece by piece

Four stages, starting with whatever pays first.
  1. Full audit

Searches, website, listing, ads and social reviewed together.

  2. Plan and order

Which pieces, in what order, with one fixed quote and a date for each.

  3. Build and launch

Website and listing first, then the channels in the plan. The website is paid once it's live.

  4. Monthly coordination

One summary of what every channel brought and what's next, on your tracking page.

What the all-in-one plan covers

When one plan suits you, and when it doesn't

Suits you if

  • You'd rather deal with the same people for everything than with several providers.
  • You're ready to work on more than one channel over time.
  • You want everything in your name and tracked.

Not a fit if

  • You only need one piece: hire it on its own.
  • You want every channel at once regardless of budget.
  • You're looking for a full-time, in-house marketing person.

Nothing to pay until the plan is up and running

The website is paid once, when it's live. The monthly parts (SEO, ads, social) only start invoicing once their set-up is finished and you've checked it.

  • One plan, one fixed quoteevery piece priced in the same proposal
  • No minimum termmonthly parts, 30 days' notice
  • Everything in your namewebsite, domain and accounts

We don't promise rankings, enquiries or sales from any part of the plan. We promise the work in your proposal, part by part, and you see each one finished.

Questions about the all-in-one plan for Irish businesses

What Irish owners ask before bringing it all under one plan. Add yours to the form.

Do I need to sign up for everything at once?

No. The audit tells you which pieces make sense now; you can start with one and add the rest later. Each is priced separately in the proposal, so any of them can be left out.

How much does a full marketing plan cost in Ireland?

The total of the pieces your business needs, in one fixed price with each piece listed. That depends on what the free audit finds: a small brochure site and a shop with a big catalogue are different jobs, as is SEO for one town and for the whole country. Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta, and you set it.

Who looks after my business day to day?

The two partners, Òscar Bordetas and Carles Encinas, for every part of the plan. There's no account manager in the middle: the people who review your business are the ones doing the work.

Can I stop one part of the plan later on?

Yes. The monthly parts have no minimum term, so you can stop any of them with 30 days' notice and keep the rest. Everything built stays in your name.

An all-in-one marketing plan brings your website, SEO, Google Ads and social media under one plan and one fixed quote. We set the order using your numbers, build the base first and add each channel once it can pay its way, with every enquiry counted in one place.

More detail: Small business marketing plan

Marketing that isn't coordinated wastes money every month

When the pieces don't talk to each other, you pay twice for the same work and lose enquiries in between: an ad that lands on the wrong page, a profile with old hours, a site the SEO can't use.

In the free audit we look at all of it together and tell you which piece would bring in customers soonest.

Marketing a small business in Ireland: the order that usually works

For most Irish local businesses: a website with a page per service and town and a complete Google profile with your Eircode first, since every other channel sends people there; then SEO for enquiries without paying per click; then Google Ads for the services that need calls now; and social media once there's work to show.

It all goes in one proposal, each piece with its own price, so you can leave any of it out or do it later. The website is paid once live; monthly pieces once their set-up is live. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta from your accounts.

A sample marketing plan for a small business, month by month

Every plan comes out of the audit, but the usual order looks like this. The website and the Google listing come first, because everything else points to them. Ads start once there's a page worth sending people to. Social comes in when there's real work to show.

Each piece keeps its own line in your fixed quote, so you can see what everything costs and drop or postpone any of it. You can hire any of them on its own too: SEO, Google Ads, web design, social media or AI search optimisation.

  • Weeks 1 to 6: website and Google listing

A page for each service, the listing complete and every enquiry counted. You pay for the website once it's live.

    one payment

  • From week 6: SEO

New pages, reviews and local mentions each month. The first fee comes once the setup is live.

    monthly, no long-term contract

  • When there's a page to send them to: ads

Campaigns for the services that need calls now, approved by you before they run.

    monthly management

  • When there's work to show: social

Profiles in order and a calendar you approve before we post.

    monthly, price in your proposal

What the plan doesn't include

Email newsletters, print, radio and press relations aren't what we do. If one of them makes sense for your business, we say so in the audit and you can hire it elsewhere. Reviews and your Google Business Profile, on the other hand, are part of the plan from day one.
