You pay nothing until it's finished and live

A fixed price and a delivery date, we start without you paying anything, and you pay once it's all live and you've checked it. Here's how it works, with an example.

Until it's finished
€0

The conditions, plainly

  • The delivery date is in your proposal: for a website, usually about 6 weeks.
  • “Finished” means everything in your proposal is live and you've checked it.
  • The clock stops while we wait for logins, text, photos or your sign-off, and starts again once we have them. We tell you both times.
  • On SEO, Google Ads and the other monthly services, the first invoice comes once the set-up is live and checked. No set-up charge and no minimum term: 30 days' notice to stop.
  • The promise covers the work. Rankings, visits and the enquiries that come in aren't part of it.

We don't guarantee rankings on Google, since nobody outside Google decides them. We guarantee the work.

What's covered

  • Everything in your proposal: every page, your Google listing, the contact buttons and any other task listed in it.
  • The fixed price in your proposal. It doesn't change along the way and you pay none of it until everything is live and you've reviewed it.
  • The signed delivery date. For a website it's usually around 6 weeks, and your exact date goes in the proposal.
  • On monthly services (SEO, Google Ads, social media), the setup in your proposal: the first fee only comes once it's live and you've checked it, with no setup fee and no long-term contract.

What isn't covered

  • Google rankings, which depend on Google and on what your competitors do.
  • The visits and enquiries that come in after launch. We work to bring them in, but we can't sign for them.
  • What you pay Google or Meta for ads, which is separate, in an account in your name, and set by you.
  • Anything new you ask for along the way. Before doing it we tell you what it means in time and money, and you decide.
  • Ad and social media results, which we never put a timeline on.

Paying at the end, step by step

Every step is recorded on your private tracking page.
  1. Price and date, in your proposal

After the free audit we send you the plan, the fixed quote and the delivery date. You read it at your own pace and decide.

  2. We start without you paying anything

If it's a fit, we get to work. You get access to your tracking page and a single message asking for everything we need from you.

  3. You see every task progress

Your tracking page shows what's done and what's left. If we're waiting on a login, copy, photos or your sign-off, the clock pauses and we let you know when it restarts.

  4. We launch, you review it and you pay

With everything live, we send you your proposal checked off line by line, with the link or screenshot for each item. If anything is missing or doesn't work, we fix it first. Then you pay.

An example, from the first day to the last

A fictional bike repair shop in Galway accepts its proposal: a new website, a page per service and an up-to-date Google profile, with delivery in 6 weeks. We start on a Monday without them paying anything, and the tracking page shows the tasks and the date.

More detail

In week 3 we reach the service pages, and the owner had agreed to send what each service includes and the brands they work on. That Monday we ask for it and explain: the clock stops until we have it, and the delivery date moves by as many days as the wait lasts. In the meantime we keep going on what doesn't depend on it.

The details arrive ten days later, on the Thursday of week 4. That day we write to say the clock has started again and the new date is the original plus those ten days. Both are recorded on the tracking page, with the date.

When everything in the proposal is live, we send the checklist line by line, with the link or screenshot for each item. They check it and then pay the fixed price they accepted. Until that day they haven't paid a cent.

Why we're paid at the end and not before

It's a story you hear a lot: someone orders a website, pays before anything starts and the project drags on for months with no clear date and nobody answering. If you don't pay until everything is live, the risk of the work dragging on or being left unfinished is ours.

More detail

We can do it because we study your business before setting a price and a date. The free audit tells us which pages are needed, the state of your listing and what to keep from your current site, and from that we work out a deadline we can meet. You can see how a project is followed in the sample tracking page.

And we guarantee the work, never rankings, because the work is the only thing that depends entirely on us. When someone promises you first place on Google, they're promising something they don't control.

Questions about paying at the end

Do I pay anything at the start?

No. Not at the start and not during the project. You pay the fixed price in your proposal once everything in it is live and you've checked it. On monthly services, the first invoice comes once the set-up is live.

What if you're late with the delivery?

You still haven't paid anything: payment comes when everything in your proposal is live. The date only moves by the days the clock was stopped waiting on something from you, and we tell you when that happens.

Can you guarantee me first place on Google?

No. Rankings depend on Google and on your competitors, and neither is in our hands. What we guarantee is the work: everything in your proposal goes live, and until then you don't pay.

When do I actually get the invoice?

When everything in your proposal is live. We send the checklist line by line, with the link or screenshot for each item, you check it and then we invoice.

So where's the catch?

The risk is ours: if a project drags on, we're the ones not paid. We can work like this because we look at your business before setting the price and the date, so we know what we're signing up to. Rankings and enquiries aren't promised; the work is.

What stops the clock?

Waiting on a login, text, photos or your sign-off to continue a task. We tell you when it stops and when it starts again, and the date moves by exactly those days.

Is it the same for Google Ads and social media?

Yes, in its monthly form. We build the campaigns or set up the profiles, you approve them, and only then does the first monthly invoice come, with no set-up charge and no minimum term (30 days' notice). What the ads or posts bring in is never part of it.

Before anything is agreed, we'll take a look at your business.

Ask for the audit: if the proposal suits you, we start without you paying anything and you pay once you've seen it live.
