Website, SEO and Google Ads prices, worked out for your business

Every business needs different work, so we don't have a rate card. We look at yours first, for free, and within a week send one fixed price in euro, so you know the figure before deciding.

Why we don't have a rate card

An electrician working three towns doesn't need the same website as a dental practice, and SEO for one town isn't the same job as a national campaign. One rate for everyone would overcharge some and leave others short, so we look at your business and price the website, SEO, Google Ads management, social media or AI search optimisation for it. The ad spend itself goes from your own account to Google. For reference, website maintenance in Ireland usually runs €35-€200/month (Vimar).

More detail

What moves a website price most is how much there is to build: how many pages, whether an old site is worth keeping, whether you sell online.

The audit before the price is free. With your business in front of us, we tell you which piece is worth doing first (sometimes just the Google profile, or just the website) and send you the fixed price and the date. Nothing outside the proposal gets invoiced.

What we check before giving you a price

What actually changes your quote. The rest of the audit is on what we look at in your business.
  • How many things you sell, and where

Each service people search for separately usually needs its own page, and so does each main area. It's what moves a website price most.

    pages based on real searches

  • What you already have

An old site with pages that bring visits, a half-finished Maps listing or an ad account with history. We reuse it, and that changes the work.

    what we keep

  • How crowded your local market is

A body shop in a small town and a dentist in a city centre aren't in the same place. It decides how much SEO it takes and what ad spend makes sense.

the ones showing up before you today

  • Calls, bookings or card payments

Get calls, take bookings, collect multi-step quote requests or sell with a card. Each one is its own piece of work.

    forms, bookings, payments

What comes with your price

A document in plain English to read in your own time and show your accountant or business partner.
  • What we found

What happens today when someone searches for you, with screenshots of real searches and of your website. You don't need to know anything about Google to follow it.

  • The plan, page by page

Which pages your site will have, which searches each one is built for, what we'll do with your Google Business Profile and what we keep from what you already have.

  • The fixed quote

The price of the website, paid once it's live, or the monthly fee for SEO or ads, with what it covers and the delivery date. Anything that isn't in it doesn't get billed.

  • What we wouldn't do

If something isn't worth it for you, we say so. And if your project isn't a fit for us, we explain why and tell you what we'd do in your place.

How long it takes to get your price

From your first message to a fixed price in your inbox.
  1. Today · 2 minutes

You fill in the form with your website, what you do and the towns you cover.

  2. When it arrives

We confirm we have it and, if anything's missing, ask in one message.

  3. Next

We both look at your business: searches, competitors, Google profile and your site on a phone.

  4. In under a week

What we found, the plan and the fixed price arrive by email.

  5. Whenever suits you

You read it, ask about anything unclear and decide. Nobody follows up to push you.

The terms behind your price

What's agreed before we start, whatever the project.
Fixed price

Pay when it's finished
nothing up front
Signed delivery date
usually about 6 weeks
Everything in your name
no strings attached

When we'll say no to a project

Better to say it in the audit than find out halfway through.
  • If you need an app, a members' platform or custom software.
  • If you want first place on Google written into a contract: Google decides that.
  • If the website has to be live within a week.
  • If what you need isn't what we do. We'll tell you, and what we'd do in your position.

More detail

A website, SEO or Google Ads costs what your business actually needs, so we work it out for you: after the free audit, within a week, you get a fixed price in euro that doesn't change halfway through. The website is paid once it's live; monthly work has no set-up charge and no minimum term.

Website prices for small businesses: what you get

The starting point is a custom WordPress website for your business: a page for each service people search for separately, copy written from what you tell us, call and text buttons one tap away, your Google Business Profile brought up to date and a site that loads fast on a phone. You pay once it's live and you've checked it, and it's yours: domain, copy and logins in your name.

Some projects take more work, and the audit tells you before we start: a shop with online payments, many service areas with their own pages, bookings, or an old site with many addresses to keep. To compare with other quotes, read how much a website costs, which breaks down the usual line items. The full service is on small business web design.

  • How many pages you need

One for each service people search for separately and, if you cover several areas, the ones that make sense for each.

    structure based on real searches

  • If you already have a site

We find what brings you visits today and point every old address to its new page, so you don't start from zero on Google.

    page-by-page 301 redirects

  • Why WordPress

It's what we use for small business sites: you can edit it yourself and any developer can take it over later. The platform moves the price less than the work on each page.

    custom WordPress, no off-the-shelf theme

  • What the site has to do

A site built to make the phone ring isn't the same as one with bookings, multi-step quote forms or a shop with payments.

SEO prices: what each monthly fee covers

SEO is a monthly fee we set for your business: it depends on how many services and areas there are to work on and how much competition you have. The first stretch of work (the pages you're missing, your Google Business Profile, what's broken on the site) is done before we bill you anything, and the first fee comes once it's live and you've checked it. After that, each month brings new pages, reviews, local mentions and whatever else the plan calls for, with the work visible on your tracking page.

An SEO quote should say what gets done each month. If it just says “SEO” and a fee, you don't know what you're buying. What we won't sell you is rankings: they depend on Google and on your competitors. To compare with other agencies, read how much SEO costs; the service is on SEO services and, if you need to show up on the map, on local SEO.

Pricing for a marketing plan that joins it all up

If you need a website, SEO, ads and social, you can ask for each one separately or for one plan that coordinates them all. Coordinated usually works better: ads send people to pages built for them, your Maps listing says the same thing as your website and nobody does the same work twice.

Even so, we won't propose everything at once if you don't need it. The audit says what's worth doing first and what can wait: it might be just the website, the website plus your Google listing, or the full all-in-one marketing plan.

Questions about prices, VAT and paying

What does a small business website cost in Ireland with you?

It depends on the work involved: a handful of pages costs less than an online shop or several towns with their own pages. The audit gives you a fixed price before anything starts, and you pay once it's live. The domain stays in your name.

Does the price you quote include VAT?

No, it's added on the invoice on its own line, at the Irish rate. If your business is VAT-registered, your accountant will know how it fits your returns. Your ad spend on Google or Meta is invoiced to you by them, not by us.

Do I pay for the audit to get a price?

No. The audit and the price are free, and asking commits you to nothing. We only ask for what we need to look at your business, never card details. If you'd rather make the changes yourself, the document is yours to keep.

Could the price change halfway through?

Not for anything in your proposal. If you ask for something new along the way, we explain first what it means in time and money, and you decide. Without your yes, it isn't done or invoiced.

How do you invoice each service?

The website, in one payment once everything is live and you've checked it. SEO and Google Ads management, monthly, with the first invoice once the set-up is live and checked. No set-up charge and no minimum term: 30 days' notice stops a monthly service.

A fixed price, settled before any work begins.

Ask for the audit and in under a week you'll have the plan, the price of each part and the delivery date. Free, no obligation.
