A Chrome window builds a law firm's website from the first lines to the finished page; then it shows on a phone and a client's message arrives. Firm and message are examples.

What our web design work takes in

Your proposal only includes what your business actually needs.
See all services
  • Ecommerce websites

An online shop built for Irish shoppers on a phone, with product pages that answer the questions that stop people buying.

  • Landing pages

A page made for one campaign that repeats what the ad promised and asks for one thing: a call, a message or a form.

  • Website redesign

Your old website rebuilt to bring in customers, keeping your .ie domain and everything Google already knows about you.

  • Website speed

Your website loading quickly on a phone, even on a weak signal, measured before and after with Google's own tool.

  • Website maintenance

Updates tested before they go live, backups kept off your server and someone keeping an eye on your site every month.

Your website exists, but it isn't bringing in work

If your site does any of this, it's handing customers to the competition.
  • It looks grand on a laptop and takes ages on a phone in the car.
  • It says you're “a family business since 1998” but not which towns you cover.
  • To change the opening hours you have to ring whoever built it.
  • No customer has ever told you they found you on your website.

What a website built to bring in customers looks like

How we get there

We begin with how your customers search. Each service they look for separately gets its own page, with what's included, who it's for and the questions you're always asked, and every page aims at one thing: a call, a message or a form.

It loads fast on a phone and Google can read it properly from the first day, so it's ready for SEO. It's accessible as well, following the WCAG guidelines, and everything (domain, logins, text and photos) is in your name.

  • Fast on a phone

Most of your visitors arrive on a phone. The site loads right away even on a weak signal.

Core Web Vitals in the green

  • One page per service

Customers searching for something specific land on the page about exactly that, instead of a generic home page.

  • Contact always at hand

Call, text and form buttons visible on every screen, and every enquiry tracked.

    conversion tracking

How we put your website together

Four stages, each task visible on your tracking page.
  1. Searches and structure

How customers search for you and which pages your site needs to answer them.

  2. Plan and fixed quote

The page map, the copy we'll write, the fixed price and the delivery date, before you decide anything.

  3. Design and build

We ask you, in one message, for what only you know, write the pages and build the site. You see the home page and one service page in week 2.

  4. Launch, check and pay

We launch, redirect old addresses if there's a previous site and track every enquiry. You check it all, then you pay.

When a new website pays off, and when it doesn't

Worth it if

  • You need a site that brings customers, and looking good is only part of that.
  • You want a fixed price, a signed date and the site in your name.
  • You can tell us how you work and what customers ask.

Not a fit if

  • You need a custom app or a platform with user accounts.
  • You need the site live within a week.
  • You want a cheap template with no strategy behind it.

Nothing to pay until your website is live

We look at your business first, for free. Then a fixed price and a signed date, and you pay once everything in the proposal is published and you've been through it.

  • Fixed priceno extra hours added on
  • Signed dateusually about 6 weeks
  • Fully yoursdomain, site and logins in your name

We don't guarantee rankings on Google, since nobody outside Google decides them. We guarantee the work.

Questions about web design in Ireland

What Irish owners ask before getting a website built. Add yours to the audit form.

How much does a website cost with you in Ireland?

It depends on the job: a handful of pages costs less than an online shop, several towns with their own pages or bookings. You're given a fixed price before we start and pay in one go once it's live. The domain and logins are always in your name.

Can I get a grant towards a new website?

The Trading Online Voucher that many Irish businesses used for websites is no longer listed by the Local Enterprise Offices. The current Grow Digital Voucher focuses on software and IT, after a Digital for Business report. Ask your LEO what applies to you; our price stays the same either way.

How long will my new website take?

Usually about 6 weeks from accepting the proposal, with the date signed in it. The clock stops while we're waiting on text, photos or your sign-off, and we tell you when it stops and starts again.

Do I have to pay anything up front?

No. Nothing at the start and nothing in stages: you pay once everything in the proposal is published and you've checked it. If anything in the proposal is missing or not working, we put it right first.

Why WordPress and not Wix?

You can edit WordPress yourself, any developer in Ireland can take it over and you're not tied to one company's monthly plan. A builder suits a very small site you'll manage alone; for a site meant to rank and bring enquiries, WordPress gives more room.

Who writes the text for the website?

We do. We write each page from what you tell us, in the words your customers use, and you approve every one. You send what only you know: how you work, the jobs you want more of and photos.

We're a web design company working with small businesses in Ireland. We build custom WordPress sites that load fast on a phone, say what you do in seconds and give each service its own page, so they show up on Google. You get a fixed price after a free audit and pay it in one go once it's live.

More detail: Web design

Your current website is losing you work every week

A slow or confusing site sends people who found you to a competitor whose site answers quicker. Each one who leaves without ringing is a customer you'd already done the hard part to reach.

A new site usually takes about 6 weeks, with the date signed in your proposal. The free audit shows what your current site does on a phone and what's worth keeping.

Websites in Ireland: grants, Eircode and what Irish visitors expect

Many Irish owners ask about the Trading Online Voucher, which used to co-fund websites. It no longer appears among the Local Enterprise Office supports; the current one, the Grow Digital Voucher, is aimed at software and IT set-up and requires a Digital for Business report first (Local Enterprise Office). If you're counting on a grant, check with your LEO before committing; our price doesn't depend on one.

On the site itself, Irish visitors look for the town you're in, your Eircode for directions, prices in euro and a phone number they can ring. Analytics and marketing cookies wait for consent, as the Data Protection Commission expects, and the contact form comes with a privacy notice. We build all of that in from the start.

A custom website or a website builder: what's right for you

Website builders like Wix or Squarespace can be fine for getting started. They fall short when you need a page for each service and area, real speed on a phone or full control over how Google reads the site. A custom WordPress site takes more work at the start and is built around how your customers search.

WordPress is what we use for small business sites because you can edit it yourself and any developer can take it over later. For online shops it depends on the catalogue, and we explain it in ecommerce website design; if you need a page for a campaign, see landing page design.

Picking a web design company in Ireland

Ask for a fixed price and a signed delivery date, check that the domain and logins will be in your name and ask how the site will show up on Google as well as how it will look. A good-looking site that nobody finds doesn't bring customers.

We work with small businesses across Ireland, with a published starting price, a signed date and the pay-when-it's-done guarantee: nothing until everything in your proposal is finished and live. If you already have a site that brings some visits, see website redesign first.

What a website costs with us in Ireland

That depends on what the site needs to do: how many pages, an online shop or bookings, how many towns get their own page. The audit gives you a fixed price, and you pay it in one payment once it's live and you've checked it.
