Small business marketing done for you, in one plan

Website, Google, ads and social often come from different people who never talk. We run them together, so ads land on the right pages, your listing matches your site and nobody does the same work twice.

The same physical therapy clinic on Instagram, in a Google ad, at the top of Maps and in the first organic result; then the day's calls, texts and forms reach the owner's phone. Clinic and data are examples.

Four providers, four reports, and nobody counting customers

What happens when marketing is split between people who don't talk.
  • The ads send people to a page the web designer never built for them.
  • Your Google listing, website and Instagram list different hours.
  • Each provider sends a report about their part, and none about customers.
  • You're the one coordinating everyone, on top of running the business.

What changes when the same people run it all

How we get there

We start with the audit: how people find you today and which piece would bring customers fastest. Then we plan the order, usually website and Google listing first, then ads or social, with one quote and one timeline.

Everything points at the same goal and is tracked the same way, so you see which channel brings customers. You talk directly to the two partners, Òscar and Carles, about every piece.

  • One plan, in order

What to do first, what can wait and why, based on your numbers.

  • The same two people for everything

You talk directly to both partners, whether it's about the website, SEO, ads or social.

  • One view of results

Leads from every channel tracked together.

GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta in your name

How the plan works

Four steps, and each piece starts billing only once it's live.
  1. Full audit

Searches, website, listing, ads and social reviewed together.

  2. Plan and order

Which pieces, in what order, with one fixed quote and a date for each.

  3. Build and launch

Website and listing first, then the channels in the plan. The website is paid once it's live.

  4. Monthly coordination

One summary of what every channel brought and what's next, on your tracking page.

What the all-in-one plan includes

Only the pieces your business needs, each listed and priced in your proposal.
  • A website that turns visits into calls
  • Showing up on Google and Maps
  • Calls now, when you need them
  • Profiles people check before calling
  • One count of every lead
What's included, point by point

How many customers the plan needs to pay for itself

Enter how many people search, how many get in touch and what a customer is worth to you. If the result covers the pieces of the plan, you know which one to start with; in the audit we redo it with your numbers.

When an all-in-one plan is worth it, and when it isn't

Worth it if

  • You'd rather deal with the same people for everything than with several providers.
  • You're ready to work on more than one channel over time.
  • You want everything in your name and tracked.

Not a fit if

  • You only need one piece: hire it on its own.
  • You want every channel at once regardless of budget.
  • You're looking for a full-time, in-house marketing person.

You pay nothing until it's up and running

The website is paid once, when it's live. The monthly pieces (SEO, ads, social) start billing once their setup is done and you've checked it.

  • One plan, one fixed quoteevery piece priced in the same proposal
  • No long-term contractmonthly pieces, 30 days' notice
  • Everything in your namewebsite, domain and accounts

We don't promise rankings, leads or sales. We promise the work in your plan, piece by piece, and you see each one done.

Questions about the all-in-one marketing plan

What owners ask before handing over everything at once.

Do I have to hire everything?

No. The audit tells you which pieces make sense now; you can start with one and add others later.

How much does an all-in-one marketing plan cost?

The sum of the pieces your business needs, in one fixed quote that lists each one with its price. That depends on what we find in the free audit: a five-page site and a store with two hundred products aren't the same job, and neither is SEO for one neighborhood or a whole state. What you spend on ads goes straight to Google or Meta, set by you.

Who do I talk to?

Directly to the two partners, Òscar Bordetas and Carles Encinas, for every piece of the plan. There are no account managers in between.

Can I drop one piece later?

Yes. The monthly pieces have no long-term contract: you can cancel any of them with 30 days' notice and keep the rest. Whatever has been built stays in your name.

Our all-in-one small business marketing plan coordinates website, SEO, Google Ads and social media. The audit tells you which pieces are worth it now and in what order; you get one fixed quote with each piece priced, you talk directly to the two partners and you follow everything on one tracking page. You can still start with just one piece.

More detail: Small business marketing plan

Uncoordinated marketing wastes money every month

When pieces don't fit, you pay for ads that land on the wrong page and posts that lead nowhere. An ad that sends people to your home page instead of the service they searched for is money you can stop wasting this month.

Use the calculator on this page to estimate how many customers slip away, or request the free audit for the real numbers.

An example small business marketing plan, month by month

Every plan comes out of the audit, but the usual order looks like this. The website and the Google listing come first, because everything else points to them. Ads start once there's a page worth sending people to. Social comes in when there's real work to show.

Each piece keeps its own line in your fixed quote, so you can see what everything costs and drop or postpone any of it. You can hire any of them on its own too: SEO, Google Ads, web design, social media or AI search optimization.

  • Weeks 1 to 6: website and Google listing

A page for each service, the listing complete and every lead counted. You pay for the website once it's live.

    one payment

  • From week 6: SEO

New pages, reviews and local mentions each month. The first fee comes once the setup is live.

    monthly, no long-term contract

  • When there's a page to send them to: ads

Campaigns for the services that need calls now, approved by you before they run.

    monthly management

  • When there's work to show: social

Profiles in order and a calendar you approve before we post.

    monthly, price in your proposal

What isn't in the plan

Email newsletters, print, radio and press relations aren't what we do. If one of them makes sense for your business, we say so in the audit and you can hire it elsewhere. Reviews and your Google Business Profile, on the other hand, are part of the plan from day one.
