Follow your website's progress without having to ask
From the first day you have a private page showing where the project is: what's finished, what's in hand, what's still to do and how each part looked before. This one is a made-up project.
Demo with a fictional project. The joinery business, the dates and the tasks are made up. Every client gets their own private page with the tasks from their proposal.

Why you get this page with every project
If you've ever ordered a website, you may know the feeling: you pay before anything starts, weeks go by and you don't know if anyone is working on it. To find out, you have to write and wait for an answer.
More detail
With this page there's no need to ask. You see the percentage done, every task in your proposal with its status and, once it's finished, how it was before and how it is now. Deadline pauses and new dates are recorded too, with the notice we sent you, so you always know when delivery is due and why.
It goes with the way we get paid: you pay nothing until everything is live, and meanwhile you can see at any moment how much is left. On monthly plans (SEO, Google Ads, social media) the same page shows each month's work and the next step. You get access the day we start, after the free audit and once you accept the proposal.
Your questions about the tracking page
From what day can I see my tracking page?
From the first day of work, once you've accepted the proposal. That day we also send one message with everything we need from you.
When is the page updated?
Each time a task moves on or the clock stops or starts again. If something is waiting on you, we email you too, so there's no need to keep checking.
Who else can open my tracking page?
Only people you give the link to. It's private and hidden from Google, so you can pass it to a business partner or your accountant.
Why would my project's clock be paused?
Because we're waiting on something from you: a login, photos, text or a sign-off. The delivery date moves by exactly the days of the wait, and we tell you when it stops and when it starts again.
Your own page like this one, from the first day.
Ask for the audit: if the proposal suits you, we start and your tracking page is ready that same day.
