Several providers, several invoices, and no one counting new customers

How marketing usually looks in a small business that grew one piece at a time.
  • Your web designer, your SEO person and your ads agency have never talked to each other.
  • Your ads open pages that never mention the offer in the ad.
  • Every provider sends a report, and none says how many customers came in.
  • You're the one coordinating it all, at night after closing.

What changes when the same two people handle everything

How we get there

One plan says what to do first, what can wait and why, based on your numbers. The website is built for the searches the SEO targets, the ads land on pages made for them and your profiles match your Business Profile.

You deal with the same two people for every piece, and you get one count of inquiries from every channel, in accounts in your name.

  • One plan, in order

What to do first, what can wait and why, based on your numbers.

  • The same two people for everything

You talk directly to both partners, whether it's about the website, SEO, ads or social.

  • One view of results

Leads from every channel tracked together.

GA4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta in your name

How the all-in-one marketing plan works

Four stages, starting with the piece that pays first.
  1. Full audit

Searches, website, listing, ads and social reviewed together.

  2. Plan and order

Which pieces, in what order, with one fixed quote and a date for each.

  3. Build and launch

Website and listing first, then the channels in the plan. The website is paid once it's live.

  4. Monthly coordination

One summary of what every channel brought and what's next, on your tracking page.

What's in the all-in-one plan, piece by piece

The pieces your business needs, in order. Each one is priced separately in the same proposal.

When one plan beats hiring separate providers

Suits you if

  • You'd rather deal with the same people for everything than with several providers.
  • You're ready to work on more than one channel over time.
  • You want everything in your name and tracked.

Not a fit if

  • You only need one piece: hire it on its own.
  • You want every channel at once regardless of budget.
  • You're looking for a full-time, in-house marketing person.

Nothing to pay until it's live and running

The website is paid once, when it's live. The monthly pieces (SEO, ads, social) only start billing once their setup is done and you've reviewed it.

  • One plan, one fixed quoteeach piece priced in the same proposal
  • Month to monthcancel with 30 days' notice
  • Everything in your namewebsite, domain and accounts

We don't promise rankings, leads or sales from any piece of the plan. What we promise is the work in your proposal, one piece at a time, and you see each one done.

Questions about an all-in-one marketing plan in Canada

What Canadian owners ask before putting it all in one plan. Yours can go in the form.

Do I have to sign up for every service in the plan?

No. The audit tells you which pieces make sense now; you can start with one and add others later. Each is priced separately in the proposal, so you can leave any of them out.

How much do small business marketing services cost in Canada?

The sum of the pieces your business needs, in one fixed quote with a line for each. That depends on the free audit: a five-page site and a store with hundreds of products are different jobs, and so is SEO for one city versus the whole province. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta, set by you.

Who will I be working with day to day?

The two partners, Òscar Bordetas and Carles Encinas, for every piece of the plan. No account managers and nobody in between: the people who look at your business are the ones who do the work.

Can I drop one service later and keep the rest?

Yes. The monthly pieces have no contract term: you can cancel any of them with 30 days' notice and keep the rest. Whatever has been built stays in your name.

An all-in-one marketing plan puts your website, SEO, Google Ads and social media under one plan and one fixed quote. We set the order with your numbers, build the base first and add each channel when it can pay for itself, with every inquiry counted in one place.

More detail: Small business marketing plan

Disconnected marketing makes you pay twice for the same work

When the pieces don't talk to each other, you pay twice for the same work and lose inquiries between them: an ad that lands on the wrong page, a profile with old hours, a website the SEO can't use.

In the free audit we look at all of it together and tell you which piece would bring customers soonest.

Marketing a Canadian small business: what to do first

For most local businesses in Canada the order is the same: a website with a page per service and a complete Business Profile first (that's where every other channel sends people), then SEO for calls without paying per click, then Google Ads for the services that need calls now, and social media once there's work to show.

The money is in one proposal, with a separate line for each piece so you can drop or delay any of it. The website is paid once live; the monthly pieces once their setup is live. Ad spend goes straight to Google or Meta from your accounts.

What a coordinated marketing plan looks like, month by month

Every plan comes out of the audit, but the usual order looks like this. The website and the Google listing come first, because everything else points to them. Ads start once there's a page worth sending people to. Social comes in when there's real work to show.

Each piece keeps its own line in your fixed quote, so you can see what everything costs and drop or postpone any of it. You can hire any of them on its own too: SEO, Google Ads, web design, social media or AI search optimization.

  • Weeks 1 to 6: website and Google listing

A page for each service, the listing complete and every lead counted. You pay for the website once it's live.

    one payment

  • From week 6: SEO

New pages, reviews and local mentions each month. The first fee comes once the setup is live.

    monthly, no long-term contract

  • When there's a page to send them to: ads

Campaigns for the services that need calls now, approved by you before they run.

    monthly management

  • When there's work to show: social

Profiles in order and a calendar you approve before we post.

    monthly, price in your proposal

What the all-in-one plan doesn't include

Email newsletters, print, radio and press relations aren't what we do. If one of them makes sense for your business, we say so in the audit and you can hire it elsewhere. Reviews and your Google Business Profile, on the other hand, are part of the plan from day one.
