Why we don't have a price list
A driving school with two locations doesn't need the same website as a cabinet maker, and SEO for one neighborhood doesn't cost the same as SEO for a whole state. A flat rate for everyone ends up overcharging you or falling short, so we look at your business and price it for you: the website, SEO, Google Ads management, social media or AI search optimization, each with its own amount. What you spend on ads you pay Google directly from your own account. For reference, half of US and Canadian social media agencies charge $1,000-$2,499/month per client (HeyOrca), and a maintenance plan typically runs $50-$200/month (Elementor).
More detail
What moves a website price most is how much there is to build: how many pages, whether there's an old site worth keeping, whether you sell online.
The audit before the quote is free. With your business in front of us, we tell you which piece is worth doing first (sometimes it's only the Google listing, or only the website) and send you the fixed price and the date. Anything that isn't in the proposal doesn't get billed.
What we look at before giving you a price
How many things you sell, and where
Each service people search for separately usually needs its own page, and so does each main area. It's what moves a website price most.
pages based on real searches
What you already have
An old site with pages that bring visits, a half-finished Maps listing or an ad account with history. We reuse it, and that changes the work.
what we keep
How crowded your local market is
A body shop in a small town and a dentist downtown in a big city aren't in the same place. It decides how much SEO it takes and what ad spend makes sense.
the ones showing up before you today
Calls, bookings or card payments
Get calls, take bookings, collect multi-step quote requests or sell with a card. Each one is its own piece of work.

What you get
What we found
What happens today when someone searches for you, with screenshots of real searches and of your website. You don't need to know anything about Google to follow it.
The plan, page by page
Which pages your site will have, which searches each one is built for, what we'll do with your Google Business Profile and what we keep from what you already have.
The fixed quote
The price of the website, paid once it's live, or the monthly fee for SEO or ads, with what it covers and the delivery date. Anything that isn't in it doesn't get billed.
What we wouldn't do
If something isn't worth it for you, we say so. And if your project isn't a fit for us, we explain why and tell you what we'd do in your place.
How long your quote takes
Today · 2 minutes
You fill out the form with your website, what you do and where you work.
When it arrives
We confirm we have it and, if anything's missing, ask for it in a single message.
Next
We both look at your business: searches, competitors, Maps listing and your website on a phone.

You read it, ask us about anything unclear and decide. Nobody chases you to close.
The terms of your quote
- Fixed quote
- set before we start
- You pay when it's done
- nothing in advance
- Signed deadline
- usually about 6 weeks
- Everything in your name
- no strings attached
When we'll say no
- If what you need is an app, a platform with user accounts or custom software.
- If you want a first-place ranking on Google written into a contract: Google decides that.
- If you need the website live within a week.
- If what you need isn't what we do. We'll tell you, and tell you what we'd do in your place.

What a website, SEO or Google Ads costs depends on what your business needs, so we price it for you: after the free audit, in under a week, you get a fixed quote that doesn't change mid-project. A website is paid once, when it's live; monthly work has no setup fee and no long-term contract.
Small business website pricing: what the price covers
The starting point is a custom WordPress website for your business: a page for each service people search for separately, copy written from what you tell us, call and text buttons one tap away, your Google Business Profile brought up to date and a site that loads fast on a phone. You pay once it's live and you've checked it, and it's yours: domain, copy and logins in your name.
Some projects take more work, and the audit tells you before we start: a store with online payments, many service areas with their own pages, bookings, or an old site with many addresses to keep. To compare with other quotes, read how much a website costs, which breaks down the usual line items. The full service is on small business web design.
How many pages you need
One for each service people search for separately and, if you cover several areas, the ones that make sense for each.
structure based on real searches
If you already have a site
We find what brings you visits today and point every old address to its new page, so you don't start from zero on Google.

Why WordPress
It's what we use for small business sites: you can edit it yourself and any developer can take it over later. The platform moves the price less than the work on each page.
custom WordPress, no store-bought theme
What the site has to do
A site built to make the phone ring isn't the same as one with bookings, multi-step quote forms or a store with payments.
SEO pricing: what you pay for each month
SEO is a monthly fee we set for your business: it depends on how many services and areas there are to work on and how much competition you have. The first stretch of work (the pages you're missing, your Google Business Profile, what's broken on the site) is done before we bill you anything, and the first fee comes once it's live and you've checked it. After that, each month brings new pages, reviews, local mentions and whatever else the plan calls for, with the work visible on your tracking page.
An SEO quote should say what gets done each month. If it just says “SEO” and a fee, you don't know what you're buying. What we won't sell you is rankings: they depend on Google and on your competitors. To compare with other agencies, read how much SEO costs; the service is on SEO services and, if you need to show up on the map, on local SEO.
Google Ads management cost: the clicks and the work
With Google Ads you pay for two things, and it helps to keep them apart. The clicks you pay Google: you set the daily maximum and the account is in your name. The management (building the campaigns, preparing the page each ad lands on and watching where the money goes) is a monthly fee fixed in your quote, and the first one doesn't come until you've approved the campaigns.
In the audit we tell you what ad spend makes sense to start with in your area, and whether ads are worth it for you at all or something else should come first. To run the numbers yourself, try the Google Ads calculator; the service is on Google Ads management.
Pricing for a coordinated marketing plan
If you need a website, SEO, ads and social, you can ask for each one separately or for one plan that coordinates them all. Coordinated usually works better: ads send people to pages built for them, your Maps listing says the same thing as your website and nobody does the same work twice.
Even so, we won't propose everything at once if you don't need it. The audit says what's worth doing first and what can wait: it might be just the website, the website plus your Google listing, or the full all-in-one marketing plan.
Questions about pricing and payment
What does a small business website cost with you?
It depends on how much there is to build: a five-page site isn't the same job as one with bookings, a store with payments or many service areas. So you get a fixed quote after the free audit, and you pay once, when it's live. The domain is always in your name.
What does a full digital marketing quote include?
Whatever your business needs out of website, SEO, ads and social, coordinated by the same two people. Each piece is listed separately with what it covers, its price and its timeline, so you can drop or postpone anything. If one isn't worth it for you yet, the audit says so.
Do I have to pay for the audit to get a quote?
No. The audit and the quote are free, and asking for them doesn't commit you to anything. We only ask for what we need to look at your business, never payment details. If you decide to make the changes yourself with the document in hand, it's yours to use.
Can the price change mid-project?
Not for anything in your proposal. If you ask for something new during the project, we explain first what it means in time and money, and you decide. Without your OK, it doesn't get done or billed.
How is each service billed?
The website, in one payment once everything is live and you've checked it. SEO and Google Ads management, monthly, with the first fee once the setup is live and reviewed. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract: you can cancel a monthly service with 30 days' notice.
