Social media management that turns followers into bookings
We plan, create and post for your business on Instagram and Facebook, answer comments and messages and count how many turn into bookings, calls or visits.
The social media management services we offer
Social media advertising
Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at people near you, built to bring messages and enquiries instead of likes.
You post when there's a spare minute, and it shows
- Your last post was the Christmas opening hours, and it's October.
- You share stock photos and offers, and the only comment is from your mum.
- Messages from customers sit unanswered in the inbox for days.
- You've no idea whether social has ever brought you a single job.
What changes when your profiles bring in work
How we get there
We plan a monthly calendar around what your customers want to see: your work, before and afters, answers to common questions and the people behind the business. For most local firms, real photos and short videos beat polished adverts.
We keep the profile tidy, with clear ways to get in touch, answer comments and messages at the times agreed in your proposal and count the conversations social brings. To reach people who don't follow you yet, we add paid social.
Content that shows your work
Real jobs, real people and answers to questions, planned in a monthly calendar you approve.
Messages answered
Comments and DMs answered at the agreed times, or passed to you with context when they need your decision.
Results you can count
Messages, calls and website visits from social, tracked each month.

Questions about social media management in the UK
How much does a social media agency cost in the UK?
UK businesses typically pay £500-£1,500/month, and small agencies charge £800-£2,000/month, according to Whito's 2026 study. Ours depends on the platforms, how many posts and videos a month, whether ads are included and who makes the content. Our fixed monthly price goes in your proposal after the free audit, with no set-up fee and no minimum term; the first invoice comes once you approve the first calendar.
Which platforms should a local business be on?
Usually one or two, done properly: for a salon, a café or a builder that's normally Instagram and Facebook. TikTok can suit you if you're happy on video and your customers are younger; LinkedIn if you sell to other businesses. The audit tells you which, and why.
Who takes the photos and videos?
You can send them from your phone and we'll edit and caption them, or the proposal can include a shoot. Real photos of your work almost always do better than stock images, so we'll ask for some either way.
Do you reply to comments and messages for us?
Yes, at the times agreed in your proposal. Anything that needs your decision (a price, a complaint, a booking) we pass to you straight away with the context, so the customer isn't left waiting.
How will I know whether social media is working?
Each month you get the messages, calls, website visits and bookings that came from social, next to what we posted. Likes and followers are shown too, but they're not what we judge it by.
Social media management is planning, making and posting content on your profiles, answering comments and messages and measuring what it brings. We do it for UK small businesses on Instagram and Facebook, with content of your real work. The monthly price is in your proposal: no set-up fee, no minimum term.
More detail: Social media management
People look at your profile before they ring
Even when they find you on Google, plenty of people check your Instagram or Facebook before deciding. An empty or abandoned profile makes them wonder if you're still trading.
In the free audit we look at your profiles and your competitors' and tell you whether social is worth it for you now or something else should come first.
Which social platforms we manage, and how we pick
A local business doesn't need to be everywhere. Most do best on one or two platforms with steady posts and quick replies, and for a salon, a restaurant or a builder that's usually Instagram and Facebook. TikTok can work if you're comfortable on video and your customers are younger; LinkedIn, if you sell to other businesses. We tell you which ones in the audit, and why.
Your Google Business Profile counts too: many people see your photos and posts there before they ever open Instagram. That's part of local SEO, and we keep it saying the same thing as your profiles.

Social media for UK businesses: competitions, offers and the ASA
Posts that sell are marketing, and in the UK marketing on your own social profiles falls under the CAP Code that the Advertising Standards Authority enforces (the CAP Code). In practice: a “win a free MOT” giveaway needs clear terms and a real draw, a “half price” post needs a genuine previous price, and a review you paid for has to say so.
We write and schedule within those rules from the start, and keep your Google Business Profile posts saying the same as Instagram and Facebook, because many people see those first.
