Social media management that turns followers into customers
We plan, create and publish for your business on Instagram and Facebook, answer comments and messages and count how many become bookings, calls or visits.
Our social media management services
Social media advertising
Facebook and Instagram ads shown to people in your area who don't know you yet, with every message and booking counted.
You post when you find a spare minute, and it shows
- Your last post was the Thanksgiving weekend hours, from last year.
- You share stock photos and promos, and the only comment is from your cousin.
- Customer messages sit in the inbox for days without a reply.
- You have no idea whether social media has ever brought you a single customer.
What changes when your profiles start bringing in customers
How we get there
We plan a monthly calendar around what your customers want to see: your work, before and afters, answers to common questions and the people behind the business. For most local businesses, real photos and short videos beat polished ads.
We keep the profile tidy, with clear ways to reach you, answer comments and messages at the times set in your proposal and count the conversations social brings. To reach people who don't follow you yet, we add social media advertising.
Content that shows your work
Real jobs, real people and answers to questions, planned in a monthly calendar you approve.
Messages answered
Comments and DMs answered at the agreed times, or passed to you with context when they need your decision.
Results you can count

Questions about social media management in Canada
How much does a social media agency cost in Canada?
In HeyOrca's 2026 survey of nearly 100 agencies in the US and Canada, half charge US$1,000-US$2,499/month per client. Ours depends on the platforms, how many posts and videos a month, whether ads are included and who creates the content. Our fixed monthly price goes in your proposal after the free audit, with no setup fee and no contract term; the first invoice comes once you approve the first calendar.
How many posts a month does a small business need?
Fewer than most people think, if they're good: a steady rhythm of real work, short videos and answers to common questions beats daily filler. The number goes in your proposal, set by what you can supply and what your customers respond to.
Who creates the photos and videos?
You can send them from your phone and we edit and caption them, or the proposal can include a shoot. Real photos of your work almost always beat stock images, so we'll ask for some either way.
Will you answer comments and DMs for us?
Yes, at the times agreed in your proposal. Anything that needs your decision (a price, a complaint, a booking) we pass to you right away with the context, so the customer isn't left waiting.
Can we run a giveaway on Instagram in Canada?
Yes, with proper rules: what the prize is and its value, how and when the winner is chosen, the odds, who can enter and whether a purchase is needed, plus the skill-testing question Canadian contests usually include. We write the rules and the post together.
How do I know if social media is working for my business?
Each month you get the messages, calls, website visits and bookings that came from social, next to what we posted. Likes and followers are there too, but they're not how we judge it.
Social media management means planning, creating and publishing content on your profiles, answering comments and messages and measuring what it brings. We do it for Canadian small businesses on Instagram and Facebook, with content of your real work. The monthly price is in your proposal, with no setup fee and no contract term.
More detail: Social media management
People check your profile before they pick up the phone
Even when they find you on Google, many people look at your Instagram or Facebook before deciding. An empty or abandoned profile makes them wonder if you've closed.
In the free audit we look at your profiles and your competitors' and tell you whether social media is worth it for you now or something else should come first.
Which social platforms we manage, and how we decide
A local business doesn't need to be everywhere. Most do best on one or two platforms with steady posts and quick replies, and for a salon, a restaurant or a contractor that's usually Instagram and Facebook. TikTok can work if you're comfortable on video and your customers are younger; LinkedIn, if you sell to other businesses. We tell you which ones in the audit, and why.
Your Google Business Profile counts too: many people see your photos and posts there before they ever open Instagram. That's part of local SEO, and we keep it saying the same thing as your profiles.

Social media for Canadian businesses: contests, influencers and French
Giveaways are where most small businesses trip up. Canada's Competition Bureau expects a contest to state the number and value of prizes, the odds and whether a purchase is needed (Competition Bureau), and Canadian contests usually add a skill-testing question. We write the rules into the post from the start.
If you pay or gift a creator to post about you, the relationship has to be disclosed clearly (Ad Standards disclosure guidelines). And if part of your audience is in Quebec, posts aimed at them go out in French as well.
