How much does SEO cost in the UK?
What UK SEO agencies and consultants charge per month, per hour and per project in 2026, with sources, what each price should include and the warning signs.
Pages Google can't reach, the same service at three addresses, a site that drags on mobile data. We find the problems, rank them by what they cost you and then fix them.
We review your site as Google does: which pages it reaches, which it keeps and which it ignores, and why. Then we compare that with what your customers type, to find the missing pages and the ones fighting each other.
Instead of 200 warnings you get the handful that matter, in order of what they cost you, with a date to fix them. The fixes in your plan get done and you see each one ticked off on your tracking page.
What's costing you visits today goes first. Tool warnings that don't affect your rankings go to the bottom, or out.
impact first, not tool score
Redirects, duplicates, broken pages, titles and speed: what's in your proposal gets fixed, with a before and after for each.
Search Console and analytics set up correctly and in your name, so you can check the progress yourself.
Search Console verified and monitored
You give us read access to Search Console and analytics, or we set them up in your name if they don't exist.
We crawl your site the way Google does and check indexing, speed, structure, content and links against what your customers search for.
What we found, in plain English and ranked by impact, with what we'd fix, in what order and by when.
We fix what's in your proposal and ask Google to recheck the affected pages, so you can watch the errors clear in Search Console.
Paste your keywords and see the traffic, enquiries and revenue at stake, and what that traffic would cost in ads.

A review of how Google reads your site (pages it can reach, duplicates, redirects, speed on mobile), how well each page answers a search, who links to you and how AI answers describe you. Ours ends with the problems ranked by cost and the fixes in your plan carried out.
UK providers charge £500-£3,000 for an SEO audit, according to Whito's study of UK SEO prices. Ours depends on the size of the site: a ten-page site for a trade isn't a shop with 3,000 products. You get a fixed price in your proposal, and you pay once the fixes in it are live and you've checked them.
Yes, and the report is written so you or your developer can follow it. We'd rather fix it ourselves, because that's where the value is, but if you have someone in-house, the report is yours to use.
No. The review itself only reads your site and your Search Console data. Fixes are made later, on the items in your plan, tested first and with a before and after for each one.
Usually because old addresses were deleted without pointing to the new pages, so Google lost what it had learned about them. It can often be recovered by mapping each old address to its new page; the audit finds which ones are missing.
An SEO audit reviews your website the way Google sees it: whether every page can be read, whether each one answers a clear search, how fast it loads and who links to it. Ours doesn't stop at a report: we rank the problems by cost and fix the ones in your plan.
A page Google can't read today won't start ranking on its own, and duplicate pages keep splitting what Google thinks of you. Every month they stay, the pages that depend on them stay buried.
If a redesign is on the cards, the audit matters even more: it tells you what to keep before anything is deleted. Start with the free website audit and we'll tell you whether a full SEO audit is worth it for your site.
Audit tools are built for any website in any country. A UK small business site has a few things of its own we always check: the cookie banner (under the ICO's rules analytics needs consent first, and a banner that loads everything before the click is a legal risk as well as a slow page), the contact details matching your Companies House or trading name, and whether the site points to the right country if it was ever built on a .com.
We also look at accessibility basics (contrast, labels, keyboard use), because the Equality Act expects businesses serving the public to make reasonable adjustments (GOV.UK guidance), and the same fixes usually help Google read the page.
Technical SEO is everything that lets Google reach, read and keep your pages: how the server responds, how pages link to each other, what each address returns and how fast it all loads. Google's own SEO Starter Guide puts it near the top (helping Google find your content), because the best copy doesn't rank if Google can't read it.
The same check now covers AI answers: Google says a page has to be indexed and eligible for a snippet to appear in AI Overviews, with no special file or markup required (AI features and your website). If speed turns out to be the main problem, website speed optimisation covers it in depth. If the site needs rebuilding, we plan a website redesign that keeps your rankings.
The free SEO audit looks at your business from the outside: how people search for you, what they see, your listing and your site on a phone. It's enough to decide what to do first. A full SEO audit goes inside, with your Search Console data and a complete crawl, and ends in fixes. Most small businesses start with the free one, and we tell them straight whether the full one is worth paying for.
The price is fixed and goes in your proposal, set by the size of your site: a ten-page site for a dental practice isn't the same job as a shop with two thousand products. It includes the report, the fixes listed in the proposal and the second check. You pay once the fixes are live and you've seen them. If what your site needs is ongoing work, our SEO services include the audit as part of the setup.
