Working remotely with businesses across the UK

We're two partners based in Barcelona, Spain, one hour ahead of the UK, and we work remotely with small businesses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We reply on working days, Monday to Friday, and invoice in pounds sterling. One message gives us what we need to start.

Through the same channel you used, unless you ask for another. If you request the free audit, the full document comes by email.

What should I put in my first message?

What you do, where you work, your website if you have one and what you'd like to achieve. If we need more, we'll ask in one message. If you want a plan with a price, the free audit form asks for exactly that.

I'm a client already. How do I request a change?

Email us as usual. If it's in your proposal, it simply gets done and appears on your tracking page. If it's something new, we tell you first what it involves in time and money, and you decide.
