Google Shopping ads management that turns clicks into orders
Search for a product and Google shows a row of photos with prices first. As your Google Shopping agency, we fix your product feed, build the campaigns and track every sale, so your products earn their place in that row.
Your products are fine, but Google barely shows them
- Merchant Center flags products as disapproved and nobody knows why.
- Product titles are internal codes like “WLT-BR-02” that nobody searches for.
- One campaign covers the whole catalog, and the budget goes to products with no margin.
- You can't tell which products sell from ads and which only spend.
What changes when the feed and the campaigns are in order
How we get there
Shopping works from your product data: titles, descriptions, categories and images decide which searches your products show up for. That's why we start with the feed, written the way people search, in the right categories and with nothing disapproved.
Then we split campaigns by what matters to you (margin, best sellers, season), so the budget goes to products that pay off. Sales and revenue are tracked by product, in your account.
Every product approved and findable
Titles, categories, images and identifiers fixed so your products are approved and show up for the right searches.

How paying worksQuestions about Google Shopping ads
How do Google Shopping ads work?
Your store sends a product feed to Google Merchant Center, and Google uses that data to show your products with photo and price when people search for them. You pay when someone clicks. Your product data does the job that keywords do in search ads.
What is Google Merchant Center?
It's the Google account where your store uploads its product data. You need it for Shopping ads and for free listings, and it flags products with problems that need fixing.
Why are my products disapproved?
Usually because of missing or inconsistent data (price, availability or identifiers), image problems or policy issues. Merchant Center shows the reason for each product, and fixing them is part of our setup.
What ROAS should I expect from Shopping ads?
The one that covers your margin. If you keep 40% of each sale, you break even at a ROAS of 2.5 (one divided by your margin); above that, the ads make money. That's why we organize campaigns by margin. Our Google Ads calculator does the math for your numbers.
How much does Google Shopping management cost?
Most PPC agencies charge $100-$149/hour for Google Ads work, according to Clutch, based on verified client reviews. Our management price depends mostly on how many products need cleaning up in your feed, and it goes in your proposal, with no setup fee and no long-term contract, and you don't pay it until your catalog is approved and you've approved the campaign. Ad spend is separate: you set it and pay Google directly from your own account.
Google Shopping ads show your products with photo, price and store name when someone searches for something you sell. They run on a product feed in Google Merchant Center and on campaigns in Google Ads. We fix the feed, build the campaigns by product group and track sales by product.
More detail: Google Shopping ads
Your feed also decides what Google shows for free
The same Merchant Center feed that runs your ads lets your products appear at no cost on Google Search, the Shopping tab, Images, YouTube and Maps (Google's page on free listings). A broken feed costs you both the paid and the free spots.
Fixing a feed is concrete work with a clear end. The free audit shows you how your products and your competitors' appear today.
How Google Shopping ads work
Your store sends Google a product feed through Merchant Center: name, price, image, availability and other details for each product. Google uses that data to decide when to show each product, and you pay when someone clicks. You don't pick keywords; your product data does that job, which is why a clean feed matters so much.
If the store itself needs work first, see ecommerce website design. If you want orders that don't cost a click, that's ecommerce SEO.
Standard Shopping or Performance Max?
Standard Shopping shows your products in Shopping placements and lets you decide, product group by product group, where the money goes. Performance Max uses the same feed across YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, Gmail and Maps, and Google's automation decides where each dollar goes (Google's description).
For a small catalog with clear best sellers, Standard Shopping usually gives more control and cleaner numbers to start. Performance Max can reach more people once there's enough sales data to guide it. We tell you which one fits your store in the audit, and why.

When Google Shopping ads are worth it, and when they aren't
Worth it if
- You run an online store with products people search for by name or type.
- Your store is on Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform that can send a feed.
- You know your margins, so the budget can go where it pays off.
Not a fit if
- You sell services, not products: search ads fit better.
- Your products can't be advertised on Google under its policies.
- You want the accounts in our name. They're always in yours.
