Google Shopping ads that turn product clicks into sales
Search for a product and Google shows a row of photos with prices first. We fix your product feed, build the campaigns and count every sale, so your products get a place in that row.
The products are right, and Google barely shows them
- Merchant Center shows a third of your catalogue as disapproved and no one can say why.
- Product titles are SKUs like “MPL-SCF-04” that no one searches for.
- One campaign covers the whole catalogue, so the budget drifts to low-margin products.
- Nobody can tell which products the ads sell and which only spend.
What changes once the feed and the campaigns are sorted out
How we get there
Shopping runs on your product data: titles, descriptions, categories and images decide which searches your products show for. So we start with the feed, written the way people search, in the right categories and with nothing disapproved.
Then we split campaigns by what matters to you (margin, best sellers, season), so the budget goes to products that pay for themselves, with sales and revenue counted by product in your account.
Every product approved and findable
Titles, categories, images and identifiers fixed so your products are approved and show up for the right searches.

How the management fee worksQuestions about Google Shopping ads in Canada
What does Google Shopping ads management involve?
Looking after both halves of Shopping ads: the product feed in Merchant Center (titles, categories, images, prices, shipping) and the campaigns in Google Ads (grouped by margin, best sellers or season). Then tracking sales by product and moving the budget to what sells.
What makes Merchant Center disapprove my products?
The usual causes are a price or availability in the feed that doesn't match the page, missing identifiers like GTINs, images with text or watermarks, and a missing shipping or returns policy. Merchant Center lists the reason for each product, and fixing them is the first job.
Standard Shopping or Performance Max for a small Canadian store?
It depends on the catalogue and the data. Performance Max can work well with enough sales history; Standard Shopping gives more control over which products and searches you pay for. We often start with Standard Shopping on the best sellers and decide with your own numbers.
How much does it cost to run Google Shopping ads in Canada?
Clicks are paid to Google from your account, with a daily cap you set, and what each costs depends on your products and competitors. Agencies in the US and Canada mostly charge US$100-US$149/hour for Google Ads work, according to Clutch, which uses verified client reviews. Ours depends on how many products need cleaning up in your feed and goes in your proposal, with no setup fee and no contract term, and the first invoice comes once you've approved the campaign.
Does Google Shopping work with Shopify?
Yes. Shopify's Google & YouTube app sends your products to Merchant Center, and we check what it sends: titles, categories, variants and shipping. Most feed problems in Shopify stores come from product data, and they're fixed in Shopify itself.
Google Shopping ads show your products with a photo, price and store name when someone searches for something you sell. They run on a product feed in Google Merchant Center and campaigns in Google Ads. We fix the feed, group campaigns by margin and count sales by product.

The feed behind your ads also earns you free listings
The Merchant Center feed that runs your ads also lets your products appear at no cost in Google's Shopping tab, Images and Search (Google on free listings). A broken feed costs you the paid spots and the free ones.
Fixing a feed is concrete work with a clear finish line. The free audit shows how your products and your competitors' appear today.
Google Shopping in Canada: prices in CAD, taxes and shipping
For Canada, the feed should list prices in Canadian dollars that match your product page, and Merchant Center has its own tax settings for Canadian sales (Merchant Center price requirements). A price that differs between the feed and the page is one of the most common reasons products get disapproved.
Shipping matters as much as price to Canadian buyers, who often wait longer than in the US. We set your shipping rules (free over a threshold, Canada Post or courier times, local pickup if you offer it) and your returns policy, so the ad answers those questions before the click.
How Google Shopping ads work, from product feed to sale
Your store sends Google a product feed through Merchant Center: name, price, image, availability and other details for each product. Google uses that data to decide when to show each product, and you pay when someone clicks. You don't pick keywords; your product data does that job, which is why a clean feed matters so much.
If the store itself needs work first, see ecommerce website design. If you want orders that don't cost a click, that's ecommerce SEO.
Standard Shopping or Performance Max for a small Canadian store
Standard Shopping shows your products in Shopping placements and lets you decide, product group by product group, where the money goes. Performance Max uses the same feed across YouTube, Display, Search, Discover, Gmail and Maps, and Google's automation decides where each dollar goes (Google's description).
For a small catalogue with clear best sellers, Standard Shopping usually gives more control and cleaner numbers to start. Performance Max can reach more people once there's enough sales data to guide it. We tell you which one fits your store in the audit, and why.

When Shopping ads pay off for a store, and when they don't
Worth it if
- You run an online store with products people search for by name or type.
- Your store is on Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform that can send a feed.
- You know your margins, so the budget can go where it pays off.
Not a fit if
- You sell services, not products: search ads fit better.
- Your products can't be advertised on Google under its policies.
- You want the accounts in our name. They're always in yours.
