We're two partners based in Barcelona, Spain, six hours ahead of New York and nine ahead of Los Angeles, and we work remotely with small businesses across the US. We reply on business days, Monday to Friday, and you're billed in US dollars. You don't need to be nearby: one message gives us what we need to get started.

Through the same channel you used, unless you ask for another. If you request the free audit, the full document arrives by email.
What should I include in my first message?
What you do, where you work, your website if you have one and what you'd like to achieve. If we need more, we'll ask in a single message. If what you want is a plan with a price, the free audit form asks for exactly that.
I'm already a client. Where do I ask for a change?
Email us as usual. If it's part of your proposal, it just gets done and shows up on your tracking page. If it's something new, we tell you first what it involves in time and money, and you decide.
