We're two partners based in Barcelona, Spain, six hours ahead of Toronto and nine ahead of Vancouver, working remotely with small businesses in every province. We reply on business days, Monday to Friday, and bill in Canadian dollars. One message gives us what we need to start.

How will I hear back from you?

Through the same channel you used, unless you ask for another. If you request the free audit, the full document comes by email.

What information should I send in my first message?

What you do, where you work, your website if you have one and what you'd like to achieve. If we need more, we'll ask in one message. If you want a plan with a price, the free audit form asks for exactly that.

I'm a client. Where do I send a change request?

Email us as usual. If it's in your proposal, it simply gets done and shows up on your tracking page. If it's something new, we tell you first what it involves in time and money, and you decide.
