Follow your new website's progress without sending a single email

From the day we start you get a private page with your project's progress: what's done, what we're working on, what's left and how each thing looked before. This demo uses a made-up project.

Demo with a fictional project. The cabinet shop, the dates and the tasks are made up. Every client gets their own private page with the tasks from their proposal.

Why every project comes with one of these pages

If you've ever ordered a website, you may know the feeling: you pay before anything starts, weeks go by and you don't know if anyone is working on it. To find out, you have to write and wait for an answer.

More detail

With this page there's no need to ask. You see the percentage done, every task in your proposal with its status and, once it's finished, how it was before and how it is now. Deadline pauses and new dates are recorded too, with the notice we sent you, so you always know when delivery is due and why.

It goes with the way we get paid: you pay nothing until everything is live, and meanwhile you can see at any moment how much is left. On monthly plans (SEO, Google Ads, social media) the same page shows each month's work and the next step. You get access the day we start, after the free audit and once you accept the proposal.

Questions about the tracking page

When do I get access to my tracking page?

On the day work starts, once you've accepted the proposal. That same day we send one message listing everything we need from you.

How often is the tracking page updated?

Whenever a task changes status or the clock stops or restarts. When something depends on you, we also email you, so you don't have to keep checking.

Can anyone else see my tracking page?

Only people you share the link with. It's hidden from Google, and you can pass it to your business partner or your accountant if you like.

Why would my tracking page show the clock as paused?

Because we're waiting on something from you to continue: a login, photos, copy or your approval. The delivery date moves by exactly the days the wait lasts, and we tell you when it stops and restarts.

You'd get a page like this on the first day of your project.

Ask for the audit: if the proposal suits you, we start and your tracking page goes live the same day.
